Leading Cheshire-based developer, Seddon Homes, is starting construction of eight luxury homes in the sought-after village of Malpas.
The new development, St George’s Rise, is expected to attract keen interest due to the extremely high specification and spacious layout of the properties.
Six will be detached with five bedrooms, and two will be semi-detached two-bedroom homes. All the properties, on Well Street, Malpas, are expected to be complete and occupied by the end of the year.
Seddon Homes Sales and Marketing director, Denis Maddock, is confident of high demand. St George’s Rise will transform a currently unused site in the thriving village, which is conveniently located a short drive from Chester and within easy distance of the A41 and North West motorway networks. Malpas features a range of independent shops and eateries.
The new development is named after one of the eight historic bells at nearby St Oswald’s Parish Church. The church is a grade one listed building and parts of it date back to the 15th century.
St George’s Rise will feature stylish, modern interiors including Siematic kitchens with Bosch appliances. Each property will have a garage and front and rear turfed gardens.
