• New Homes Property Shop Sales Advisor Part Time Based at Our Fearnhead, Warrington Office

  3 Days Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 5pm plus holiday and promotional weekend cover.

  Reporting to our Property Shop Manager, the successful applicant will possess:

  • Engaging and enthusiastic telephone manner;
  • Be driven, customer focussed, proactive and sales driven;
  • Excellent PC skills on MS Pro

  Experience of working within new homes sales essential.

  Attractive Salary Package and benefits to the successful Applicant.

  To negotiate the sale of property on behalf of Seddon Homes from initial enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring transactions progress smoothly. Presenting a professional image and providing first class customer support at all times.

  High package to right person including car allowance.
