Seddon Homes buyers leap at chance to secure high spec features as standard

Inclusive features such as built-in wardrobes, burglar alarm and turfed and fenced gardens are leading buyers to choose Seddon over other developments, said Denis Maddock, sales and marketing director with Seddon Homes, developer of The Hop Yard at Sandbach.
A recent survey revealed a long list of such features was offered only by Seddon, within the standard selling price. Denis believes this high specification, together with the strategic location of The Hop Yard within easy walking distance of the town centre, are key factors in the continuing success of the site.
Nearly half of the 41 homes at The Hop Yard sold within the first six months after the release of the development last year. Sales have continued steadily despite the harsh winter, and now only 15 properties remain.

He added: “Our properties also came out at best value for money per square foot.” Built at Chapel Street, on the site of a former brewery, the architectural style of the Hop Yard complements existing nearby properties, and the development is close to schools, shops and all local amenities.
