We’re up and running with our show village at Blossom Gate! And we’d like to invite you to look around the three fully furnished houses so that you can experience the exceptional quality and specification we build into every Seddon home.

At Blossom Gate, we’ve built homes to suit every type of house buyer, from first timers to downsizers. You’ve got plenty of choices, from Step On Cottage flats and two bedroom bungalows to family-sized 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

Our Show Village showcases three of our most popular house types: the 3 bedroom Bowland and Denholme and the luxurious 4 bedroom Brearley. When you look around, you’ll see that all our homes include designer rigid kitchens. All of these include integral, high specification appliances, designer tiling and sophisticated bathroom fittings. What’s more, we include them as standard, where other builders charge them as extras and add them to the price.

For location, location, location, Blossom Gate is quite hard to beat! The development has plenty of space and ample greenery due to it being next to playing fields and a short walk from the centre of Congleton.

Transport links are excellent, with pedestrian access to local bus services and Congleton railway station a short drive away. Junctions 17 and 18 of the M6 are 10 minutes away, in between Macclesfield and Stoke on Trent – making this an ideal base for commuters.

Helping you buy

All our homes at Blossom Gate are eligible for the government-backed Help to Buy scheme, which allows you to secure your new home with a deposit of just 5%. The government lends a further 20%, so you only need a 75% mortgage. And you don’t have to be a first-time buyer to qualify! We have other buying methods available too, and we can offer 95% mortgages, in some cases.
