Weavers Way FAQPosted on April 18th, 2019
We’ve had a great response to this beautifully situated development in Westhoughton. We’ve also received a lot of questions about the new homes and our plans for the future. So, we’ve put together an FAQ to address your most burning questions.
Is the development freehold?
Yes! The entire development is freehold. It will include fifty 3 and 4 bedroom homes with a choice of 7 of our most popular house types.
Will there be a service charge?
No, there will be no service charge at this development as it is freehold.
Will there be affordable housing?
No, there will be no affordable housing or shared ownership/housing association properties at Weavers Way. We will, however, be offering all homes with the government-backed Help to Buy scheme and our popular Deposit Builder scheme.
Will you offer part exchange?
Sadly, we cannot offer part exchange on the homes at Weavers Way.
When will the homes overlooking the fields be available?
The properties at the rear overlooking open fields will not be available until next year – we do not have prices but they will be subject to a premium. Please also note the gardens will be tiered to these plots.
Will there be a show home?
Yes, we anticipate the Show Home will open around September.
