Benefits: Pension contributions are a minimum of 5.0% (employee) and 6.0% (employer). Seddon Homes will match contributions to a maximum of 7.5%. 4 times salary for death in service. Health care. 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

Hours: 09.00 - 5.00 Mon – Fri.

The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join our growing housing business in Birchwood, Warrington. The principle purpose of the role is to provide administration support to  the sales department to efficiently achieve targets.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Director with collation of information to assist in marketing
  • Liaise with solicitors and external companies and provide effective contact for sales offices / property shop on a daily basis
  • Co-ordinate e-mails/post flagging up any time sensitive issues, respond to general enquiries coming into the sales department / property shop, producing administrate standard letters to external companies and customers
  • Provide reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required.
  • Update IMS system and HCA records in line with protocol, update and check data onto contact builder & update Seddon website. Maintain systems and administrative processes (training will be provided)
  • Assist with brochure / Point of Sale production in line with targeted launches
  • Respond to, and deal with legal correspondence and queries on plot sales, including contracts, transfers, leases, CML and serving notices
  • Provide / check completion statements
  • Oversee records including staff holidays / sick leave / Commissions / expenses
  • Prepare sales releases for issue and publication

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Have significant operational experience as a Sales Administrator within the House Building Industry
  • Be proficient in a number of Microsoft software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook , Power Point, Contact Builder and in-house systems
