September 15th, 2016
On Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th September, we will be launching our new Mearley and Rishton show homes to the public at Southbeck on Earby Road, Salterforth. Join us for tea, a slice of cake and to find out more about these gorgeous new homes, as they will give you a real feel for the development and an insight into the specification of the homes.
We are also pleased to announce that Barnoldswick’s Town Crier, Eliza Mowe, will be attending the launch and will be unveiling the new show homes. Eliza holds the proud title of being Lancashire’s first female town crier!
The quaint Lancashire countryside is the backdrop for these fantastic 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, and with a total of 9 styles available on the development, these new homes in Salterforth have much to offer.
The superb new homes are all going to be finished in a traditional stone style which adds to the sophistication of the design. To compliment the stone finish, all homes on the development will have grey, slate roofs to make these new homes eye catching and breath taking.
Around the picturesque landscape of Salterforth and Barnoldswick there are plenty of local cycling and walking routes, scenic canal trails and not too far away are both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.
These modern new builds will add to the local infrastructure of Salterforth by providing 49 new homes to the area. The homes will be fitted with modern appliances including Bosch stainless steel ovens, 4 burner stainless steel gas hobs, fridge/freezers, and are completed by chic sanitary ware from Ideal Standard in the bathrooms.
In the local area there are Primary and Secondary Schools, a garden centre and the historic Anchor Inn. If you fancy an eye opening experience, ask the landlord of the Anchor Inn to show you the cellar which is full of stunning stalagmites and stalactites.
Our Sales Advisor will be on site from 10am to tell you all about the new homes, the development and how to start your customer journey with us. So if you’re interested in a new home in Salterforth, pop in for a cup of tea, slice of cake and a chat this weekend.
