New phase and 95% mortgages at Greenway

Seddon Homes have some exciting news for potential buyers with the release of their new phase of homes at Greenway @Unity Quarter in Salford along with some great ways to help you buy.

NEW Deposit Builder scheme for First time buyers

If you are a first time buyer Deposit Builder is Seddon’s new scheme to help if you are struggling to find the required minimum deposit and set up fees to reserve the home of your choice.

We simply agree a savings plan and ensure an independent IFA assesses your mortgage suitability. If acceptable to both parties, Seddon will hold the home of your choice for an extended period while you save your deposit (subject to a refundable reservation fee).

The saving scheme means you make weekly/fortnightly or monthly payments as agreed… secure in the knowledge your new Seddon home is waiting for you and you don’t miss out on your dream home.
