Leading developer Seddon Homes is spreading its wings further across Yorkshire with the launch of a new development of three and four bedroom homes near Castleford.
The development is being built in the village of Fryston, with competitively priced homes being released for sale this month (14th April).
Potential buyers are being urged to take advantage of special deals including pre-show home prices, when they will have an opportunity to buy a new home off plan.
The development is located in a picturesque rural location close to the Fairburn Ings nature reserve and within easy reach of Castleford, Pontefract and Leeds.
It will be the company’s fourth development in the region and is a significant sign of its confidence in its future. Seddon already has strong roots in Yorkshire with bases across the county including Normanton and York.
Seddon Homes first successfully ventured into Yorkshire four years ago with its Stanningden Rise development in the Ryburn Valley at Ripponden. This was followed by developments at Tingley Hall in Morley, near Leeds and more recently Ryecroft in Lightcliffe, near Halifax.
Seddon Homes Sales and Marketing Director Denis Maddock expects high interest in these detached new homes due to their quality specification and spaciousness.
“We are very excited about this development and are confident that there will be a great deal of interest in the properties,” he said. “Our homes boast top quality features that come as standard and this sets us apart from many other developers.
“It is our experience that there is still strong underlying demand for generous specification, well- built new homes, in good locations. Seddon Homes has a reputation for quality and we aim to help cater for that demand with Silkstone.”
Part exchange deals may also be available on selected plots, along with shared equity schemes – meaning home buyers can purchase 100% of their home now but pay only 85% with a reduced deposit to help certain people to the property ladder.
Prices are still to be confirmed but potential buyers can register their interest and find out more by calling 01925 839500 or visit the development page here.
