Move into your 2017 new home in Stone with SaleAway

At our attractive new development “Meadowside” in Stone, we will now consider our SaleAway incentive on certain plots. If you’ve been keeping an eye on Plot 4, The striking 5 bedroom Gawsworth home, we’ve got some good news for you as that is one of the plots we’re considering!

SaleAway is a great, stress free way to buy your new home in Stone whilst selling your current property. Not only will you be able to sell your existing house quickly and easily, you will also receive numerous benefits when using SaleAway including:

If you’re eligible, you can also use the Government backed Help to Buy scheme to purchase plot 4, the Gawsworth in Stone! This means that as a buyer you only need to save a minimum of a 5% deposit to secure your new home. The Government will then lend a further 20% in the form of an equity loan, resulting in you only needing a 75% mortgage.

This popular initiative allows new home owners to pay back smaller repayments on their mortgage. The 20% loan from the government is also tax free for 5 years, which makes buying your new home a much easier, affordable procedure.
