Last weekend we launched our brand new show home at “Meadowside” on Trent Road in Stone – and the race was on to reserve.
The day kicked off at 10am with plenty of interested parties present at the development, and the stream of people didn’t slow down during the day. As a result, there was a good presence when former 800m world record breaker, Ann Brightwell (Packer) MBE and her husband, ex-team GB captain Robbie Brightwell MBE, unveiled the new show home and cut the red ribbon.
The couple were then given a tour of the Oakworth 5 bedroom show home by Denis Maddock, sales and marketing director, Seddon Homes, and it’s safe to say that the Brightwells liked what they saw.
“We were very happy to be invited to the launch of Meadowside and being the first over the line into the fabulous show home! It was fantastic to interact with potential buyers and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the show home with Denis” the couple commented.
The launch of Meadowside was seen as a success by Denis, who was delighted with the response to the much anticipated launch.
“We are very grateful to Ann and Robbie for taking time out of their busy schedules to pop into the development, chat to buyers and take a tour around our brand new show home.”
“The launch was a great success with over £1,000,000 worth of sales. It gave buyers the chance to gain a feel for the types of homes available at Meadowside and with many interested buyers heading down on the day to reserve their brand new plot, it won’t be long until people begin moving in,”
Meadowside itself will consist of 33 new homes and will have the Government backed Help to Buy initiative available – allowing first time buyers, “second steppers” and families a new opportunity of home ownership in Stone. Meadowside is set to be a contemporary development of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes that are finished with stylish fittings and well-designed living spaces.
So if you’re interested in joining the growing number of home owners in Stone, Staffordshire, pop into the development and have a look around our fantastic new show home, which is now open Thursday – Monday, 10am – 5pm.
