Seddon Homes offers buyers a cash boost at prestigious Lightcliffe development

Posted on April 25th, 2012

Prestige developer Seddon Homes is offering homebuyers the chance to save thousands of pounds on Stamp Duty charges at its acclaimed development in Lightcliffe, near Halifax.

The developer will pay half of the property tax, a substantial saving of up to £12,900 on the five-bedroom, stone-built detached luxury homes at its Ryecroft development. The development has proved extremely popular with families and just five properties now remain.

Ryecroft features just 13 new homes and all have private driveways with highly individual, generous gardens. They are situated off the highly regarded Wakefield Road area. Lightcliffe Golf Club and Lightcliffe High School are within easy reach.

Other initiatives being offered include part exchange, taking the potential hassle associated with some house moves away and creating greater confidence and a guaranteed buyer in what, at times, can be an uncertain market.

The homes at Ryecroft are substantial, featuring five bedrooms, with two en-suite, a family bathroom, a double garage and renowned SieMatic kitchens with Neff appliances. In addition, Ryecroft is close to rural country scenes, while also being within easy distance of major road networks to the business hubs of Halifax, Leeds and beyond.

“Our homes at Ryecroft all have immense character and are situated in a terrific location,” said Denis Maddock, sales and marketing director for Seddon Homes. “That, coupled with the new raft of buyer initiatives on offer from Seddon Homes to help purchasers, makes us confident that the remaining five properties will be not be around for much longer.”

Seddon Homes has a long-standing reputation for building high specification, high quality homes, a fact that is increasingly spreading across West Yorkshire and beyond.
