Seddon Homes spreads wings across Yorkshire with launch of new Castleford development

Leading developer Seddon Homes is spreading its wings further across Yorkshire with the launch of a new development of three and four bedroom homes near Castleford.

The development is being built in the village of Fryston, with competitively priced homes being released for sale this month (14th April).

Potential buyers are being urged to take advantage of special deals including pre-show home prices, when they will have an opportunity to buy a new home off plan.

The development is located in a picturesque rural location close to the Fairburn Ings nature reserve and within easy reach of Castleford, Pontefract and Leeds.

It will be the company’s fourth development in the region and is a significant sign of its confidence in its future. Seddon already has strong roots in Yorkshire with bases across the county including Normanton and York.

Seddon Homes first successfully ventured into Yorkshire four years ago with its Stanningden Rise development in the Ryburn Valley at Ripponden. This was followed by developments at Tingley Hall in Morley, near Leeds and more recently Ryecroft in Lightcliffe, near Halifax.
