A referred solicitor is an independent legal practitioner who works on your behalf but is fully conversant with our homes and the legal documents involved in the process. This means they can ensure your transaction runs smoothly, enabling you to concentrate on the excitement of moving into your new Seddon home.

Seddon Homes does not receive any introduction fees or commission from its panel of referred solicitors, all of which are regularly assessed by us to ensure they meet our buyers’ rigorous expectations for customer service and friendly, approachable style. We also ensure they are members of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, the Law Society’s recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.
