To All Seddon Homes Customers

To keep all our customers updated of its coronavirus regulations, here at Seddon Homes we are still open, by appointment, between the hours of 10am until 5pm Thursday through to Monday for our customers.

Along with our site teams, we are operating with strict safety protocols, benefiting our customers and staff. Some of these include marker guides for social distancing and perspex screens. Show home viewings are unaccompanied and only one family can view each home at a time. Hand sanitisers are placed in numerous locations and customers are advised to utilise this facility. We ask that you wear a face mask for your appointment. We will ask you a series of symptom related questions both when making your appointment and again on the day and if there are signs of potential infection we may sadly need to cancel and rearrange for another time once the isolation period has passed.

We would ask that you respect social distancing measures

We will continue to encourage customers to maintain contact with our Sales Advisors digitally where possible, however we understand there are instances where customers are unable to do this and will want to visit us in person or physically view a show home, and the new measures in operation will enable them to do so in a safe way.


If you are an existing Seddon Homes customer, please continue to contact us with your issues and we will deploy any necessary trades safely and as soon as is practically possible. We ask for your continued patience as some contractors are still operating on a reduced capacity in some cases
