Catch up with the Carrons at Belvedere

Posted on May 9th, 2019

What’s on your tick list when you look for the perfect family home? Is it an open plan kitchen and family room? Do you need four double bedrooms? Is it an extra en suite essential for family harmony? Here at Seddon, we design homes to fit every kind of lifestyle. And not surprisingly, the contemporary Carron tops most family wishlists.

belvedere carronTake a look at the Carrons at Belvedere and you’ll see that we’ve made spacious rooms and clever design a priority. The hallway leads to a generously sized lounge at the front of the property. But it’s the kitchen/family area at the rear that will really capture your heart. This super-sized room, which extends across the full length of the property, has bi-fold doors leading out to the turfed rear garden.

With ample room for a dining table and chairs and a lovely large ‘chill-out’ area for relaxing with family and friends, this is a stunning space. And it gets even better when you take a look at the kitchen fixtures and fittings.

The Carron kitchen will make you the envy of your friends – and might even persuade the family to help with the washing up! There’s a cosy breakfast bar and the rigid built floor and wall cabinets have soft close doors and drawers. Under pelmet lighting and hard-wearing laminate worktops are included as standard.

Also included in the specification are a 5 ring gas hob, double electric oven, integrated 50/50 fridge freezer and curved glass and stainless steel island cooker hood. Finishing touches to the downstairs include a useful WC, an integral single garage and a handy storage cupboard.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a large and luxurious room, with views over the rear garden. And there’s an adjoining en suite, which creates a boutique hotel feel, with a fully tiled shower cubicle and a waterfall shower. There are three further bedrooms – all generously-sized doubles. The stylish family bathroom has white sanitaryware from Ideal Standard’s Tempo range, half height European wall tiling and a chrome heated towel rail.

The Carrons, like all the freehold properties at Belvedere, have an attractive stone finish. Situated at the edge of this idyllic rural development, they each have views over open countryside.

Why Belvedere?

Belvedere surrounding areaSurrounded by trees and bordered by a stream, Belvedere is simply stunning. Set in the grounds of the Grade 2 listed Malsis Hall, it is accessed along a tree-lined driveway past the original Malsis gate lodge. The grand Malsis staterooms and chapel can be hired out for special occasions. The grand pavilion and nearby football pitches are also available to book for sports events.

The nearby villages of Cross Hills and Glusburn have shops, primary schools, country pubs and a busy calendar of social events. The larger schools and shops of Keighley and Skipton are an easy 15-minute drive. For commuters, Keighley railway station has frequent rail services to Bradford and Leeds.
