Seddon Homes introduces the Relatives Reward scheme, which allows buyers to put down a bigger deposit with help from their relatives.
This means that buyers can borrow a smaller loan and, therefore, could receive a lower interest rate on their mortgage – which would mean lower monthly repayments.
Relatives who provide the funds for the deposit will receive a reward of up to £2,000 upon completion of sale.*
