How does Help2Move work?

Once you’ve chosen your plot you will need to put down a fully refundable fee of £150. This will hold the plot and as part of the scheme. We will put you in touch with New Home Solutions to sell your property. New Home Solutions will provide a valuation and will proceed with marketing your property if you approve of the valuation. Your desired home will be held for four weeks whilst we try to sell your property. We will then hold the plot for up to 6 weeks. If your home is not sold within the first 2 weeks, the price of the property will be reduced and we will hold the plot for further 4 weeks, again, reviewing the price of the property if your home is not sold after a further 2 weeks.

If your property sells and you decide to move forward with the reservation of the plot for your new home, providing you meet certain criteria, we will pay some or all of the estate agent fees. You will then need to pay the remainder of the reservation fee.

However, we understand that selling your property is not always straightforward. Therefore if you decide against the scheme once you have received a valuation of your property from the estate agent, or if it does not sell, you will receive your deposit back in full.
