LUXURY contemporary mansions in Bolton have attracted dozens of visitors within days of being launched.
One sale is already proceeding, with prospective purchasers showing serious interest in a further two properties, says developer Seddon Homes.
Just six properties are being built at The Laurels, a gated development set among mature trees and accessed via a private drive off Markland Hill.
Priced between £750,000 and £1,150,000, the properties have been built in the grounds of an existing Victorian mansion, which is also being extended and refurbished by Seddon.

Seddon Homes sales director Denis Maddock said: “The Laurels has the only properties of this size and specification in the area. The £925,000 Millbeck show home, which is available for viewings by appointment only, boasts a lengthy Italian porcelain-tiled hall, formal family sitting room, polished American oak staircase and galleried dining room with three sets of double patio doors opening onto its walled courtyard.
