Seddon Homes has launched an innovative new scheme to help first time buyers in Castleford get onto the property ladder.
The highly original “Springboard” model enables potential buyers to own the full 100 per cent of their home, while only paying 85 per cent of the market price. The remaining 15 percent will be financed by a ten-year interest-free loan from id4living.
