Plot 23 is an excellent value property and the last Delph available at £181,995. The  1264 sq foot home is configured across three floors, with an integral single garage and generously-sized rooms. There are three bedrooms on the first floor with a media room on the lower ground floor, which you can easily convert into a spacious fourth bedroom.
