Rochdale AFC top tickets up for grabs

Posted on October 9th, 2012

Rochdale AFC fans are being offered the chance to win executive tickets and a
home shirt thanks to developer Seddon Homes.

People visiting the show home at Seddon’s Bridgefold development can enter
a free prize draw to win the tickets to see Rochdale play Fleetwood Town on
October 27th.

Entry forms are available in the marketing suite at the 90-property development
near the town centre.

The sponsorship deal follows the announcement that Seddon Homes is
sponsoring Rochdale AFC’s website for the 2012/13 season.

Bridgefold features two, three and four-bedroom properties with several homes
already snapped up and the first buyers due to move in imminently.

Prices start at just £125,000. However, using Seddon’s own Springboard
scheme, buyers have the chance to own 100% of their new home and pay just
85% — or £106,250 — of the purchase price up front. Terms and conditions apply.

Denis Maddock, sales and marketing director at Seddon Homes, said: “This
is a terrific prize and anyone visiting our show home is welcome to enter. The
Bridgefold development is less than a mile from the Spotland stadium, so it
seems a natural choice for us to offer fans the chance to win executive tickets
and a home shirt.

“We are enjoying a great deal of interest in the development and have had lots of
positive feedback about the quality of our show home.”

Seddon Homes, a family-owned company headquartered in Cheshire, has a
reputation for building quality developments across the North West, Yorkshire
and the Midlands.

The company’s properties are characterised by special features that come as
standard, in contrast to other new homes developers who charge a premium
for ‘optional extras.’

The Bridgefold development, located on the site of a former tramway depot and
Spotland Bridge dye works, features properties that are designed to be modern,
light and spacious, with smart kitchens and bathrooms and attractive gardens.
