Counting down to off plan launch of Zodiac!
Posted on November 27th, 2019The countdown has begun… to the off-plan launch of our newest development: Zodiac in Warrington. We guarantee it’s going to be out of this world!
We’re marking the 50th anniversary of the moon landings with our very own stellar event. And we know you’re going to be blown away by the 3 and 4 bedroom homes on this astronomically well-placed site. So with the countdown clock ticking, we’re making final preparations for liftoff on Friday, December 6th.
November 30th – 6 days and counting
We’re finding the journey to Zodiac is exceptionally straightforward for earth travelers. The M56, M6, and M62 are easily accessible and Warrington town centre and two train stations are a down-to-earth 3 miles away.
December 1st – 5 days and counting
Is there anybody out there? We’ve taken a close look at the location of Zodiac and discovered the Gemini Retail Park and Gullivers’ World Theme Park on the doorstep. For lovers of (open) space, Sankey Valley Park and the Sankey canal are just a moonstone’s throw away.
December 2nd – 4 days and counting
We’re making sure that our inclusive fixtures and fittings eclipse those offered by other housebuilders. Our homes at Zodiac will all include fully fitted kitchens with top range appliances, stylish en suites and turfed and fenced rear gardens.
December 3rd – 3 days and counting
Space? We know all about it! Our designers have their own space mission – to create homes with generous layouts on spacious plots. And we’ve added an extra touch of the extra-terrestrial to Zodiac, with our otherworldly road names. Calling occupants of Tranquility Square, Lunar Grove, and Serenity Gardens!
December 4th – 2 days and counting
We’re checking, planning and offering practical support. Because we know they’re all-important, whether you’re traveling to the moon or making a more down-to-earth move to a new home, On the ground, we can help you access impartial financial advice and buying methods. And all our homes at Zodiac are eligible for the government’s popular Help to Buy scheme – even if you’re not a first-time buyer.
December 5th – Less than 24 hours to go…
