How does Help2Move work?
So you have heard about all the amazing house types available with Help2Move at Belle Wood View, but how does the scheme work and how can we help you?
Once you have reserved your plot you will need to place a £150 deposit which is fully refundable. We will then proceed to find a local agent who will market your property if you approve of the valuation. During this your desired home will be reserved for 4 weeks whilst we try and sell your current property – The plot will then be held for a further 2 weeks if the home is not sold within those 4 weeks and the price of the property will be reduced.
If the property sells within these weeks and you decide to proceed with the reservation of the plot of your new home, we will pay some or all of the estate agent fees, providing you meet certain criteria.
Despite this, we understand that selling your property is not always straightforward. Therefore if you decide against the scheme once you have received a valuation of the property from the estate agent, or if the house does not sell you will receive the deposit back in full.
