How does Help2Move work?
Now you’ve heard all about the stunning properties on our Orchard Manor development, you’re probably interested in how Help2Move can help you.
Once you’ve chosen your plot you’ll put down a fee of £150 (which is fully refundable) to reserve your plot. We’ll then find you a local agent to sell your current property, who will provide a valuation and continue with marketing your property if you approve. During this time, your chosen Seddon Home will be reserved for 4 weeks while we try to sell your current property. If, after 4 weeks, your home is not sold, the price of the property will be reduced and the plot will be reserved for an additional 2 weeks.
If your property is sold and you decide to progress with the reservation of the plot for your new home, we will pay some or all of the estate agent fees, providing you meet certain criteria.
We know that selling a property is not always straightforward. Therefore, if you decide against the scheme, or if it does not sell, your deposit will be returned to you in full.
