Help2Move to Lavender Fields

Last year we introduced our Help2Move scheme across several developments and we were delighted to see that so many of you were able to move into your dream homes. After so much success, we are pleased to announce that the Help2Move scheme is now available at our ever-popular Lavender Fields development. So if you’ve found your dream home but you don’t yet have a buyer, you can still reserve the plot!

How does the Help2Move scheme work?

Once you’ve chosen your plot you will need to put down a fully refundable fee of £150. This will reserve the plot and as part of the scheme, we will send your name, address, phone number and email address across to House to Home. House to home will contact you directly to arrange a valuation for your current property as well as contact a local estate agent to do the same. Once they have an accurate valuation for your property they will call you to ensure that you are happy with this. We will then hold the plot for up to 6 weeks. If your home is not sold within the first 4 weeks, the price of the property will be reduced and we will reserve the plot for further 2 weeks.

If your property sells and you decide to move forward with the reservation of the plot for your new home, providing you meet certain criteria, we will pay some or all of the estate agent fees. You will then need to pay the remainder of the reservation fee.

However, we understand that selling your property is not always straightforward. Therefore if you decide against the scheme once you have received a valuation of your property from the estate agent, or if it does not sell, you will receive the £150 fee back in full.
