2023 has been a very busy and exciting year, marked by the introduction of multiple new developments and Show Homes:
Belle Wood View Show Homes opened in January
At the start of the year, we celebrated the opening of two new Show Homes at the beautiful Belle Wood View development in Penwortham – The Hartford and The Bowland. A new development launched in Poulton-le-Fylde
In July, we proudly introduced Roman Heights in Poulton-le-Fylde, which has been a resounding success so far! Our team has been blown away by the positive reactions of visitors, and we were thrilled to unlock the doors of brand new Show Homes: The Hartford and The Wynbury. The introduction of The Wynbury Show Home marked a milestone, being the first of its kind since Seddon Homes’ inception. We were thrilled to give a different property the spotlight and were wowed by its stunning design and sense of luxury inside. Take a look at the development here.
Staffordshire saw the launch of two developments
September witnessed the launch of two more developments, offering 2, 3, 4, & 5 bedroom new homes in Staffordshire – The Oaks and Ashway Park. They’re the perfect place for homebuyers looking for a blend of comfort and convenience. In fact, we’re excited to announce that Show Homes are coming to these stunning developments very soon, so keep your eyes peeled for their opening. The Show Homes are set to open later this month at The Oaks, and in 2024 for Ashway Park.
The Moorings unveiled in November
Our latest development launch took place in November, bringing 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes to The Moorings in Congleton, adding a new development to our successful portfolio in the highly sought-after area! The response to these luxurious properties so far has been fantastic, and we eagerly anticipate welcoming more homeowners to their forever Seddon Homes properties.
