More Delphs now released at BridgefoldPosted on October 17th, 2018
The Delph house type is one of our most popular designs on the Bridgefold development, and 2 more have now been released.
Plots 20 and 21 are spacious and cleverly designed, with a versatile layout and are the perfect home for families of every shape and size! With 1,264 square feet to play with, each property has 3 bedrooms across its 3-storey configuration. However, you can easily convert the generous media room on the lower ground floor into a fourth bedroom.
In addition to the media room/fourth bedroom, the lower ground floor also features a kitchen/dining area, complete with luxurious French doors that lead to the enclosed rear garden. There’s a spacious utility and storage cupboard, too. With a price tag of just £181,995, these plots represent excellent value family homes.
The ground floor has a bright and airy lounge with French doors looking over the garden. Upstairs, the first floor includes three bedrooms, with an en suite to the master bedroom and a stylish, white family bathroom. Like all the homes at Bridgefold, The Delph is built to an exceptionally high specification, with rigid-built kitchens and integral appliances included in the price.
Bridgefold is in a convenient location on the edge of the bustling market town of Rochdale. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside, situated amongst the foothills of the Pennines and less than 10 miles from Manchester.
Rochdale has two modern, indoor shopping centres, an indoor market and a good range of retail shops, restaurants, pubs and leisure facilities, as well as a theatre and art gallery.
The town also boasts a variety of sports and leisure opportunities ranging from the central leisure centre to the Rochdale Way – a new, circular footpath around the Borough of Rochdale.
Experience the high quality specification throughout each home here at Bridgefold. Our show home is open from Thursday to Monday 10am – 5pm, or call our friendly Sales Adviser on 01706 342 791.
