Now you’ve heard all about the bodacious Bowland at Lavender Fields, but it gets even better! Our popular Help2Move scheme is available with Plot 48, so if you’ve found your dream home but are struggling to sell your current property – we’re here to help! So how does it work?

Once you’ve found your forever home, you will place a fully refundable deposit of £150 to reserve the plot as part of the scheme. Then we will find you a local agent to sell your current home, who will provide you with a valuation and proceed with marketing your property if you approve. Your dream home will be reserved for 4 weeks while we try to sell your property, and if it doesn’t sell within that time, we’ll hold it for a further 2 weeks and reduce the price of your current property.

If, during this time, your property sells and you decide to move forward with the reservation of your new home, and you meet certain criteria, we will pay for some or all of the estate agent fees. You will then need to pay the remainder of the reservation fee.
