Our show homes are open – and you’re safe with us!
Posted on May 21st, 2020Welcome back – we’ve missed you! And we can’t wait to see you, now that our show homes and villages are open again and ready for visitors.
After weeks indoors, we know you’ll be more than ready to swap your existing house for a home that fits you better. And with valuations and house moves now permitted, you could move into a brand new Seddon home this summer!
Come and see us! But first – a note of reassurance. Your safety is always our priority. So we’ve introduced new and enhanced protective measures, to ensure you’re as safe as houses when you take a look around our show homes.
Visits to our developments are now by appointment only. You can call us to make a booking – and we’ll confirm your time and date, along with details of our new safety procedures.
We’re limiting viewings to two adults – no children between the ages of 3 -11 years (this is due to social distancing and we know how hard it is to keep excited kids by you at all times!)- from the same family, per visit, so you’ll have exclusive access to our show homes. And on arrival, you’ll knock on the door of the marketing suite to notify our Sales Advisor.
We’ve provided hand sanitiser in our marketing suites. We’ve also installed clear protective screens and marker guides for social distancing. And you’ll have the added security of knowing that our Sales Advisors disinfect all handles and surfaces between each group of visitors.
There’s nothing like a show home visit to show you exactly what’s missing from your current home. And that’s why we’re delighted to welcome you back for face-to-face viewings. Take photos, roll out the tape measure, size up the cupboard space… Picture your family – and your furniture – in our spacious, light-filled rooms. Get up close and personal with our high quality fully fitted kitchens, our luxurious master bedrooms with en suites and our turfed and fenced rear gardens.
We’ve got a wide selection of homes all ready for you to move into, on all our developments. And if the only obstacle to a house move, is a problem with selling your existing house – we can help! We can sell it for you, through our new Home Exchange scheme. – giving you the freedom to move into a brand new Seddon home whenever you choose. We also offer the government’s popular Help to Buy option. And we can put you in touch with an Independent Financial Adviser, if you need impartial purchasing advice.
