But if you’re looking to put down a deposit on a forever home, should you let your head be turned by freebies? And do those tempting ‘extras’ mask a higher asking price?

Extras? We don’t know the meaning of the word! If you choose a Seddon home, we’ll include so-called ‘extras’ as standard. Which means that your new home will have rigid built kitchen cabinetry, laminate worktops, tiled flooring and under pelmet LED lights. Quality kitchen appliances will also be included in the price, as will chrome sockets & switches
Your new bathroom will be fitted with stylish Ideal Standard sanitaryware. The en suite to the master bedroom will have a fully tiled shower cubicle and contemporary rainfall shower. And both rooms will have heated towel rails. Oh did we forget to mention the chrome recessed downlights?
We could continue… with the outdoor space that many housebuilders forget! We turf and fence our rear gardens and even include a garden tap. And we ensure that all our developments have imaginative landscaping and planting, with plenty of green space and open views.
