Our 3 bedroomed Home of the Week in Salterforth

Located in the centre of our Southbeck development in Salterforth, you can find plot 31 — a stylish and well positioned 3 bed Rishton home. It is this plot that we have selected as our Home of the Week, and we’ll talk you through why we feel it warrants this accolade.

 

Firstly, the location on the development is perfect. Whilst all of the homes at Southbeck are positioned away from Kelbrook Road in Salterforth, Plot 31 is situated in the heart of the development on Beckside. Our second benefit of this home is the striking exterior. Anyone who has been to our Rishton show home will agree that these are well built homes that are finished in traditional stone. A stunning 3 storey, 3 bedroom home, the Rishton has plenty of living space to offer. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious hallway which leads to the kitchen/dining area and onto the lounge at the rear of the home. The kitchen particularly is fitted out with modern extras as standard that you would expect from a Seddon home. Pricing

The Rishton is priced to please at £212,000 or £169,600 with the Government backed Help to Buy scheme. When using the Help to Buy scheme, you only need to have a 5% deposit in place. This is then built on by the Government in the form of an equity loan who will lend you a further 20% of the home value. This results in you only needing a 75% mortgage and, in this case, a £10,600 deposit to own 100% of your home.
