Not long until our new homes launch in Chapel-en-le-Frith!
Posted on June 1st, 2017The wait is nearly over as our highly anticipated show homes will be launching at our Rosebay development, in Chapel-en-le-Frith on Saturday 10th June.
This is a great chance for prospective buyers to take a look around our new show home and chat to our experienced Sales Advisor on site. The day will get underway at 10am, with local resident Derek Eley cutting the ribbon to our new show home. Mr Eley will also be unveiling ‘Eley Way’ a road named in his honour.
So, we thought we would tell you a bit more about the beautiful area surrounding these new homes in Chapel-en-le-Frith.
Chapel-en-le-Frith in Derbyshire is a historic town and located in an area of real beauty. The charming, cobbled market square has a range of eateries and a local farmers market is held here every Thursday, perfect for sourcing local produce!
If you’re looking for a fun day out then why not pay a visit to The Chestnut Centre Conservation Wildlife Park? The centre is only a 6 minute drive from Rosebay and is fun for all ages. The centre has Europe’s largest selection of otter and owl species. Other animals include, harvest mice, fallow deer, pine martens, and red foxes!
There are many other outdoor opportunities nearby, including a range of footpaths and forest trails with some offering wonderful views of the Peak District. Combs Reservoir is just down the road and is a beautiful place to unwind and admire the local landscape in the summer sun.
As well as all this, Chapel-en-le-Frith golf course is nearby and the local leisure centre holds fitness classes and has a range of facilities. These include a 39 station gym, spin studio, tennis courts and even a sauna and steam room!
Chapel-en-le-Frith has a great community and a local carnival takes place in the town every June (this year it will be on the 17th ) with a marching band, floats and a procession. Events continue throughout the week, in previous years there has been pet and produce shows, a talent competition and a classic car and bike display. How fun does that sound?
