Seddon Homes are a big hit with local cricketers
Posted on May 29th, 2012Thanks to sponsorship from new homes developers Seddon Homes, Christleton Cricket Club now have a new boundary rope for their Little Heath ground.
The club, who play in the Cheshire County League have three adult teams as well as junior sides from under 9’s to under 15’s plus an under 18 team who are the reigning NCJCA Champions.
Denis Maddock, Seddon Homes Sales & Marketing Director is pleased to have been able to support the Chester based club. “With two developments in the area, St Georges Rise Malpas and Forest Brow Mouldsworth, there is every chance that one of our purchasers and their family may end up being involved in a local cricket club and it is good for us to support a club that relies so heavily on the work of volunteers”.
Christletons Brian Wareing acknowledged the sponsorship from Seddon Homes, saying “It is great that a company who have interests locally are prepared to provide sponsorship as we aim to provide a facility particularly for our growing junior section”.
