Seddon Homes has donated the furniture from the recently sold show apartment at Oak Bank Mill in Burnley. The furniture has been donated to Emmaus Burnley and will go towards helping this brilliant charity to raise money and support for homeless people in the local area.

The high quality furniture was received well by Emmaus Burnley who are grateful with the contribution from Seddon Homes.  Emmaus Burnley was delighted with the donation and their retail manager, John Ogden, commented:

“Any furniture that we receive is sold in our retail shops and the money raised from selling these items goes towards helping our companions, whether that be to rehome them, provide food or jobs”.

“The furniture provided by Seddon Homes was top quality. We usually receive second hand furniture, so to receive brand new furniture, straight from the show home was fantastic”.

Seddon Homes understands the importance of giving back to the community so by offering the furniture from their show apartment, Seddon is able to say thank you and benefit a wide variety of recipients in the area.

“We are happy that Seddon Homes has the opportunity to offer the lovely furniture to such a worthy cause, that helps local people in and around Burnley”, commented Lorraine Brown, sales advisor at Seddon Homes Oak Bank Mill development.

“We hope that the high quality furniture will go to good homes and the money raised can support Emmaus Burnley in their quest to make homelessness a thing of the past”, Lorraine concluded.

With only a few homes remaining at Seddon Homes Oak Bank Mill development, now is the time to find the perfect new home in Burnley before it is too late.
