We all need a helping hand from time to time and our brand-new Relatives Reward scheme does just that. This scheme allows buyers to put down a bigger deposit with help from their relatives. This means that buying your dream home is more affordable than ever before. Help from your relatives will mean that you can borrow a smaller loan, therefore receive lower interest rates and in turn lower monthly repayments. But, it doesn’t stop there; relatives that provide the funds for the deposit will receive a reward of up to £2,000* from Seddon Homes upon successful completion of sale.

Many of us have been in a situation where we have fallen in love with a new home without yet having a buyer for our current property; and usually, that would mean missing out. Well, not anymore. We have officially introduced our Help2Move scheme on several developments and particular house types, which will allow potential buyers to reserve the plot for their dream home – even if they don’t yet have a buyer for their current property.

Once you’ve found your plot you will need to put down a refundable fee of £150. This will reserve the plot, and in the meantime, we will help you to find a local agent to sell your property. The local agent will provide a valuation and will proceed with marketing your property if you approve of the valuation. If your property sells, providing you meet certain criteria, we will pay some or all of the estate agent fees.
