The local amenities
Just what you’d want from your home town, Keighley offers plenty in terms of local amenities. It has 3 large supermarkets for you to go the weekly shop and Airedale shopping centre is available for all your retail needs. What’s more, if you like to stay active, then Belvedere will be the perfect fit for you – Cross Hills Football Club, Craven swimming pool and Glusburn Cricket Club are right nearby!
The architecture
Keighley has a number of beautiful buildings which have survived the Victorian era, such as the public library and the Royal Arcade. However, even the more modern structures are striking due to the local millstone grit that is used in many buildings across the town. This specific stone gives Keighley a characteristic look and feel that is unmistakably its own.
The local attractions
Not just a pretty place, Keighley is also full of interesting, historical attractions to explore. As for higher education, Belvedere is just a short drive away from the University of Bradford, making it an ideal choice no matter what age your children are.
Easy transport
The A6068, which links onto the M65, provides Belvedere with easy transport links to the nearby towns and cities of Bradford, Skipton and Leeds. As well as easy driving, the development also has access to excellent public transport routes via train and bus.
