Why you should buy a new home in Warrington

Posted on March 5th, 2020

We’ve just had our off-plan launch for our lovely new homes development in Warrington, Zodiac, and so now we’d like to let you know why we think you should call Warrington your home!

Beautiful green spaces

Warrington just so happens to benefit from 3 grounds of wonderful natural beauty; Walton Hall and Gardens, Sankey Valley Park, and Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden. All of them are perfect for enjoying a relaxing stroll with a view, or having a fun, family day outdoors!

Well-connected

Warrington is equally close to the busy cities of Liverpool and Manchester, so it’s the ideal place to live if you need to commute for work. It also gives you easy access to the M6, M56 and M62 motorways. Public transport is convenient, too, with Warrington Central and Warrington Bank Quay train stations being located just 4 miles from the development.

Quirky days out

You’ll never be stumped on things to do in Warrington. The town has a variety of fun, unique activities to cater for all interests. You could test your skills at an escape room, play games at the Retro Arcade, jump around at the Jump Warehouse, or run around at Quasar – to name just a few!

Great local amenities

At Zodiac, you’re just a stone’s throw away from Gemini Retail Park, home to IKEA, M&S, Next, Boots and more. You’re also a short drive away from the Golden Square Shopping Centre, where you can find anything and everything you could need.

Cultural capital

If you need a dose of culture, then Warrington is ideal. There’s Warrington Museum and Art Gallery, where you can discover close to 2,000 artefacts from all over the world and a wide collection of historical and contemporary art. Then there’s Parr Hall and the Pyramid Arts Centre; your go-tos for live events and performances.

Fantastic schools

If you have little ones, then Warrington has a number of highly-rated primary and secondary schools for you to choose from. Evelyn Street Primary School has an ‘outstanding’ rating and St Philip CE Primary School, Great Sankey High School and Beaumont Collegiate are all rated ‘good’.
