Promotion Terms and Conditions
- By entering the Promotion, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- The promoter is Seddon Homes Limited, a company incorporated in England with company number 03045309 whose registered office address is Birchwood One Business Park Dewhurst Road, Birchwood, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 7GB.
- Employees of the Promoter, of any other company within Seddon Homes Limited company and their immediate family members, authorised retailers or their employees, or any person professionally associated with this activity (or members of their family or household) may not participate in the promotion.
- It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any updates of these rules, and they acknowledge that any failure to comply with these rules could lead to their disqualification without reasons being given or opportunity for challenge.
- The Promotion will commence from August 2023. The Prize winners will be selected, at random, on a quarterly basis.
- The Promotion is open to individual residents in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.
- The Promotion is for the chance to win x1 IKEA gift voucher worth £100.
- The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative to the voucher. The Promoter reserves the right tosubstitute the Prize with product(s) of similar value at any time.
- The Prize or any promotional item(s) must not be auctioned or resold. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept further entries under the Promotion if it becomes aware of the reselling or auctioning of the Prize of any promotional item(s).
- An Eligible Participant can enter the Promotion via the Seddon Homes Instagram page (@seddonhomes).
- One entry per Eligible Participant can submit & different members of the same family are eligible to apply.
- The Prize winners will be notified via the method of entry within 14 days of the Promoter’s selection.
- The Prize winners must contact the Promoter within 14 days of the date of the Notification to claim the Prize. If the Prize winner fails to claim the Prize, they will forfeit the Prize and another valid Entry will be drawn.
- The Promoter will arrange for the Prize to be delivered to the Prize winner at the Promoter’s Cost.
- The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for delayed or incorrectly submitted entries, or entries that are not submitted via Instagram.
