Recent figures show that the government backed Help to Buy scheme has now helped 150,000 people to become homeowners since its launch in 2013.
This initiative has proven to be a revelation, with 80% of those that have used the scheme being first-time buyers and on lower incomes, with the average price of a property purchased with Help to Buy costing lower that the national average at £188,380.
According to the Home Builders Federation, Help to Buy has also boosted the demand for new-build homes in particular, which is great news for Seddon!

- You only need a 5% deposit and the government will lend you the value of 20% of your new Seddon home as an equity loan.
- This equity loan can be paid back at any time or on the future sale of your home and is interest free for the first five years.
