Priority invite to the launch of Belvedere in Keighley

Posted on March 5th, 2019

We warmly invite you to the off-plan launch of Seddon Homes’ exciting new Belvedere development in Cross Hills, Keighley. Come along on Saturday 30th March as we unveil the plans.

This is your chance to find out everything you need to know about our forthcoming development of select 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, set in the beautiful grounds of a Grade 11 listed mansion. In keeping with the picturesque surroundings, each property will have an external stone finish and be of high-specification with exceptional quality finishing touches, as one would expect of a Seddon home.

Our professional Sales Advisors will be on hand from 10am – 1pm at the neighbouring pub, The Dog and Gun. We’ll show you our plans and answer all your questions about the development and each individual plot.

You will also have first-chance to reserve off-plan and secure your perfect new home in this fantastic location. We’re serving drinks and nibbles, too!

Whether you’re a first-time buyer ready to climb onto the property ladder or an existing homeowner with a house to sell, we can talk to you about the range of buying methods we can offer. We can also put you in touch with an independent Financial Advisor to help smooth over your move.

Why choose Belvedere?

Belvedere is built on the site of Malsis Hall, a Victorian residence which once served as a school. The impressive Hall with its distinctive Belvedere tower is being fully refurbished.  The development is accessed through a tree-lined driveway, past the original Malsis gate lodge.

The location of Belvedere, surrounded by fields and ponds, is quite idyllic. The beautifully restored country pub, Dog and Gun is right nearby and the local village of Cross Hills has a range of shops as well as a health centre. Along with neighbouring Glusburn, the two villages boast a busy social and sporting calendar.

Keighley and Skipton are a 15-minute drive from Belvedere and there are regular bus services to both towns. Keighley railway station has frequent services to Skipton, Bradford and Leeds, and Leeds Bradford airport is just 20 miles away. In terms of schools, both Glusburn Community Primary School and Sutton in Craven C of E Primary School are both rated ‘good’ by Ofsted. The board gave South Craven Secondary School in Cross Hills an ‘outstanding’ in its most recent report.
