A warm welcome at Weavers Way

Posted on March 5th, 2019

Keep a free space in your diary for Saturday 23rd March, because Seddon Homes are hosting an off-plan launch event for our new Weavers Way development in Westhoughton. And we would very much like you to attend!

Come and view the layout and specification of the 3 and 4 bedroom homes we will be building on this attractive semi-rural development. You can also meet our Sales Advisors, who will be on hand throughout the weekend to talk about the range of buying methods we have available.

Weavers Way is a select development of freehold properties that are just a short walk from Westhoughton. The development benefits from a thriving mix of shops, schools and amenities. Seddon are building six of their most popular house types at Weavers Way, so whether you’re looking for an extra en-suite, an open plan layout or an integral garage, we’ve got a home to suit you!

When you look at the specification of a Seddon home, you’ll immediately see the difference between us and other house builders. We don’t believe in hidden extras and added costs, which is why the price we quote includes rigid-built kitchens, top of the range appliances and designer tiling and showers – unlike many other builders.

Why Weavers Way?

Weavers Way is a perfect location for commuters, being just four miles from Bolton and 13 miles from Manchester city centre. Road links are excellent, with the M61 passing through the north of Westhoughton and a regular train service to Manchester Piccadilly.

Looking for a little help to smooth your move? All our homes at Weavers Way are eligible for the government’s Help to Buy scheme, which enables you to secure your new home with a deposit of just 5%. The government then lends a further 20%, so you only need a 75% mortgage – you don’t even have to be a first-time buyer to qualify. If Help to Buy isn’t for you, however, we can offer 95% mortgages in some cases. For impartial advice, we can also put you in touch with an independent Financial Advisor.

So, come and join us on Saturday 23rd March next to Provenance Food Hall, 46-48 Market Street, Westhoughton, between 12-3pm.. For more information, call 01925 839 504.
