Our new homes at Rosebay in Chapel-en-le-Frith have launched!

Posted on June 14th, 2017

Last Saturday we launched two show homes at our very highly anticipated Rosebay development in Chapel-en-le-Frith.

It was a great day all round, with local resident and war veteran Mr Derek Eley cutting the show home ribbon and having a road on the development, ‘Eley Way’ named in his honour. He is the first living person in the High Peak to have a road named after them, might we add!

Mr Eley wasn’t the only special guest either, oh no! Two soldiers and a flag bearer from the local Mercian Regiment also joined us, and they brought their mascot the ram too, yes, a real ram!

If you’re looking for a new build home in a semi-rural area, Rosebay is perfect for you. The location is relaxing, yet close enough to local schools and amenities that you don’t feel too away from it all. Our new homes in Chapel-en-le-Frith are located within easy reach of the Peak District, which is great news if you love the outdoors.

Chapel-en-le-Frith is a wonderfully picturesque area with many walking and cyclic paths, perfect for relaxing and taking playful pooches for walks!

Our new homes in Chapel-en-le-Frith offer something for everyone, the 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes have been constructed to a high standard using quality materials. The homes are spacious, well thought out and come with contemporary rigid built kitchens as standard.
