Salterforth show homes launch proved to be a local hit!

One week on from our much awaited launch of Southbeck in Salterforth, we can now truly see just how hotly anticipated these new homes were by interested buyers. Throughout our launch weekend, we had a constant stream of potential purchasers.

Enticed by the offer a free cake from Kate at Pip’s tea room in Salterforth, we were thrilled by the response of local house seekers who came to the development. We started the day at 10am with Barnoldswick’s Town Crier, Eliza Mowe, who officially unveiled the new homes to the public before starting her cry.

It wasn’t just the cake and town crier which was attracting people to the development, we had many interested parties from the beginning of the day and had reservations during the launch weekend, alongside our early bird reserves!

The interest in our new homes in Salterforth was fantastic and our show homes, the Mearley and the Rishton, were both extremely popular.  Our new homes at Southbeck, are priced from £179,950 or £143,960 with Help to Buy.

Finished with modern appliances including a Bosch stainless steel electric ovens, 4 burner gas hobs, fridge/freezers alongside chic sanitary ware from Ideal Standard, these new homes in Salterforth are finished to the highest standard.

On the Sunday of our launch, we announced the winner of our Coffee Lovers Hamper give away – Mr and Mrs S – who also bagged themselves a Rishton on the day as well!

 

Overall, the day was a total success and our fantastic new homes in Salterforth were extremely popular with everyone.
