Ashway Park: A Successful Launch in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Our new development, Ashway Park, is now officially open! The launch was very busy as we opened our two sparkling new Show Homes a few weeks ago: The beautiful Brearley and the dazzling Denholme. With over 50 people attending, and a surprise appearance from Seddy Teddy, Ashway Park is well on its way to become one of our most in-demand developments! To say that we were inundated with interest would be an understatement.
Although it was a wet and windy day in Newcastle-under-Lyme, spirits were high for our visitors as they got the exciting chance to be first to explore two of our beautiful homes, capturing their imaginations with the possibility of a lavish life in a dreamy Seddon Homes abode. Our expert Seddon Homes Team was on hand to help answer any questions that our customers had; except for Seddy Teddy, who was too busy waving and dancing at passing cars, pedestrians and then some!

Since then, the footfall has been non-stop! With that said, we felt it was the perfect time for some new releases at Ashway Park.

Ashway Park features a selection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes picked from Seddon Homes’ portfolio of highly-demanded house types, and our first releases have seen a fantastic level of interest so far, with a almost 40% of homes already reserved or sold! The Adel is the 2-bedroom home of choice at Ashway Park, for several reasons.

The Rishton offers a master bedroom with its very own private third floor, which also includes a spare room that could be used as a dressing room or a home office.
4 Bedroom Homes
If you like the sound of our 3 bedrooms but have a larger family, then our 4 bedroom homes are ideal. The Brearley is one of our current 4 bedroom homes, with a Show Home now available to view!
The Brearley features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a spacious lounge. Upstairs you can find 3 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, as well as the modern family bathroom.
The master bedroom comes with its own en suite bathroom, and the double bedrooms are joined by a Jack and Jill en suite.
