Seddon Homes launches eco family homes in Salford

Posted on April 26th, 2011

Leading developer Seddon Homes is to launch a development of stylish new family homes in the one of Greater Manchester’s popular locations in Salford.

Greenway at Unity Quarter will provide high spec three, four and five bedroom homes in a central location between Salford and Manchester city centres.

The homes will be built to high eco standards to ensure comfort and low running costs and also include many items regarded as extras by other developers.

Potential buyers are now being urged to take advantage of special deals including pre-show home prices, when they will have an opportunity to buy a new home off plan.

Buying assistance plans are also available on selected plots such as part exchange or shared equity.

A marketing suite opens at the site this coming bank holiday weekend and potential buyers can register now to ensure the pick of the plots.

The development, close to Heaton Park, has already proved a hit with many buyers who have moved on to the Unity Quarter section of the development, built by joint venture partner Miller Homes. Seddon Homes, which is developing its tranche of the project, is building an additional 39 properties.

Seddon Homes Sales and Marketing Director Denis Maddock expects high interest in the new homes, particularly from local families keen to remain in the area but looking to move to a larger home.

“Many growing families may be looking for more space but want to stay in Kersal because it is so central,” said Denis. “This development provides the perfect opportunity to secure a new home with all the high quality features that have become the hallmark of a Seddon home.

“With the increased focus on the environment, the special eco features incorporated will help families reduce their running costs whilst helping the planet. These include recycling bins built into kitchen units as standard and low energy light fittings as well as many other innovations.

“We are very excited about this development and are confident that there will be a great deal of interest in these very spacious properties,” he added.

Prices are embargoed until Saturday but potential buyers can register their interest and find out more by calling 07540 122 934 or visit the development page here.
